Overnight White

Our white loaf is a Sourdough hybrid. We use a young white sourdough starter combined with a pinch of fresh yeast and a little oil to help produce this classic bloomer loaf with a twist. If you're just getting into Sourdough this is the loaf for you. Not too much tang or chew but great for toasting and building sandwiches. We call it the Overnight because it proves up slowly in the fridge overnight to develop flavour.

We are currently unable to slice Overnight White loaves at our Daventry store due to and issue with our slicer and the softness of this loaf. Please accept our apologies. We are working on a fix.
