Our speciality sourdough is packed with Kalamata and Halkidiki Olives then seasoned with Oregano, Thyme & Rosemary. We even use some of the olive juices to keep the bread moist and add extra flavour.
The process takes place over 3 days which we believe all adds to the flavour.
This bread is great with a meal, for special occasions or we’ve been told it’s really good toasted with honey!
