Seeded Granary Tin Loaf
Our granary tin loaf is made with a blend of flours; plenty of wholemeal, a little white and some malt flour to add flavour. We add honey to the bread and chuck in load of mixed seeds for good measure. This is not a sourdough so we use fresh yeast to give the bread its rise. It makes a mean cheese toastie but we love to keep it simple with butter and mums homemade marmalade.
Contains gluten and sesame
